SSP uses filtered music to exercise the vagus nerve, reduce anxiety, improve social engagement, and help the nervous system shift out of survival mode. Delivered online with therapist support.

She works with children, adults, and families to help them build practical, everyday confidence in their ability to regulate and thrive.
